The Mas Théo

The heritage of a diversified family plot of land has enabled Laurent Clapier to pursue a philosophy initiated by his elders: polyculture. The vine stocks cohabit with meadows, fields of lavender and lavandin, truffle oaks but also sheep and bees, all on several varied terroirs.

Mas Théo strives to produce in a natural way, with respect for the land and animals, banning all methods that are potentially harmful to the environment and human health. Biodynamics has come as a complement, in order to maintain a balance and to invigorate the whole with biodynamic preparations. At the end of the process, the biodynamic wines highlight the complexity and aromatic intensity with mineral notes that recall their link to the earth.
