Biodynamics wines in the Caves Cathedrales

The family farm of Mas Théo in Drôme Provençale, has been under organic farming since the beginnings of Laurent Clapier, and has subsequently evolved towards biodynamics.
It was a logical result of a personal reflection, for a more sustainable approach.
The objective was to obtain a more lively vineyard, more expressive wines. This quest was accompanied in 2011 by the acquisition of the Caves Cathédrales: an old stone quarry in the mountain of St Restitut in the middle of the Rhone Valley.
This unique cave allows the estate’s wines to develop their identity through natural practices and ideal storage conditions, expressing the full potential of biodynamic grapes. The huge space inside the limestone rock also hosts a tasting area. This one offers you a discovery of the place and the family vineyard through an oenotouristic and educational tour, but above all the tasting and sale of the biodynamic wines of Mas Théo.
